1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CVTWIN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. CVTWIN is an AI-powered tool that rewrites and reformats your resume to match a specific job posting or technical stack.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use CVTWIN. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the resume content you upload.
3. Credits and payment
CVTWIN works on a credit model. Each new account receives 10 free credits. Additional credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. One credit tailors roughly two pages of resume content. Payments are processed through our payment provider; credits are added once payment is confirmed. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes anyone's rights, and not to misuse the service to generate false or misleading credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
5. AI-generated output
CVTWIN uses third-party AI models to rewrite your resume. AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every tailored resume before you send it to an employer. CVTWIN does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific outcome.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the resume content you upload and to the tailored resumes you generate. You grant CVTWIN a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may revise these terms; material changes will be reflected by the 'last updated' date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVTWIN is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
