1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image. When you use CVTWIN we store the resumes you upload, the text extracted from them, the job descriptions or stack details you provide, and the tailored resumes we generate. We also store your credit balance and payment records.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service: to authenticate you, to store and reuse your resumes, to tailor resumes to your targets, and to manage credits and billing. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
To tailor a resume, the text of your resume and your target details are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. We send only what is needed to generate your result. We do not use your resume content to train our own models.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are accessible only to your account. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
5. Your choices
You can delete any resume from your account at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Some records (such as payment history) may be retained where required by law.
6. Third parties
We rely on service providers for authentication (Google), AI processing (Google Gemini), file storage, database hosting, and payments. Each processes your data only to provide their part of the service.
