Something went wrong with a payment.
Message the Telegram bot with the invoice and it gets sorted manually. Credits from a confirmed payment are never lost — if a webhook missed, we credit the account by hand.
The AI said it was busy.
That's upstream model overload, and it clears on its own. Wait a moment and try again — the request is not charged when it fails.
A job link wouldn't load.
Some boards (LinkedIn and Indeed especially) block automated access. Paste the posting text instead — the result is identical.
Can I get a refund?
Ask. If the product didn't do what it said it would, that's on us.
